Ingredients:

Madhuban’s Restaurant Quality Balti sauce

700g Chicken (Can be replaced with Prawns or vegetables)

1 Onion (Optional)

1 Small to Medium Green Chilli (Optional)

Coriander to Garnish

Instructions:

Step One:

Prepare the Chicken – Cut into small chunks and lightly stir-fry in a pan of hot oil for 5 mins or until seared.


 

Step Two:

Add the Sauce – Pour in Madhuban’s Balti sauce, coating the chicken in its bold, aromatic spices.
