Lodue Miah is the owner of one of Hampshire’s top restaurants, The Madhuban Tandoori. For years, Lodue was repeatedly asked by his loyal customers how they could recreate such flavoursome curries at home. Lodue was determined to find out the answer as to why the available curry sauces in tins and jars, have never been able to capture the elusive restaurant taste.
Mr. Miah set out to develop a sauce that could be cooked at home & used for catering that was indistinguishable from the curries served at his restaurant. Mr. Miah created ten delicious dishes that really do bring the authentic taste of India to every dish!

Each sauce is freshly made to Mr. Miah’s secret restaurant recipes. The sauces are transferred and packed into the well-recognised white plastic packaging and fast chilled. The packaging plays an important role in ensuring our sauces remain preservative and artificial ingredients free.
