Lodue’s home village of Lama Ishobphur, Osmani Nagar, Sylhet in Bangladesh has a special place in his heart and has influenced many of his recipes.
Many years ago Lodue set himself the goal of opening an orphanage to support the youths who are living within the village. Through hard work and determination, Lodue has been able to make this dream a reality.
In 2019, Lodue opened the orphanage which not only creates a safe environment of food and shelter but also provides over 30 children with an education.
Lodue, his four sons, two daughters, and the whole family love spending their free time here, supporting the staff and children.
