Tikka & Tandoori made with Madhuban Tikka Masala Sauce
500g raw chicken or meat
225g Madhuban Tikka Sauce.
- Mix all ingredients In a non-metallic bowl
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
- To cook, put the marinated pieces under the grill at medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked, turning once or twice.
- Serve as a starter with salad, naan bread lemon wedges and Lodue’s Tandoori Mint Raita.
