Tikka & Tandoori made with Madhuban Tikka Masala Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500g raw chicken or meat

  • 225g Madhuban Tikka Sauce.

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients In a non-metallic bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours
  •  To cook, put the marinated pieces under the grill at medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked, turning once or twice.
  • Serve as a starter with salad, naan bread lemon wedges and Lodue’s Tandoori Mint Raita.
